I want to reverse my sliding genioplasty surgery. Why do I need to wait 6 months? (Photo)

My chin was advanced supposedly 6mm more than a month ago.Almost every doctor in this site suggested other people to wait 6 months for the final result. I do not like the result and I don't think I will change my mind. I don't want soft tissue and skin to get accustomed to this bone structure and cause sagging after reversal. Is there really that much of a difference between 1 month and 6 month (appearance wise)?. I don't believe so and want to ask is there a medical reason (risk) to wait that long
