There is no reason to wait six months to partially or totally reverse a sliding genioplasty, You only need to wait long enough to make sure you are truly seeing the final result and have firmly concluded it is undesired by your perspective. This is typically no more than 6 weeks after surgery when most of the swelling is gone and any strong adverse feelings about the result are not likely to ever change. While you did not show a presurgical picture, your postoperative pictures in oslatio. shows an unfeminine chin appearance. 

There are two primary reasons why surgeons often recommend waiting before doing revisions or secondary procedures. One has to do with the maturation of scar tissue. This process often takes up to six months and makes the second procedure technically easier. This becomes especially true for certain procedures like Liposuction. The face tends to heal a bit faster so surgeons are often a little more forgiving with operating early in this area.The second reason is to allow patients sufficient time to get used to the results and not make early judgments.If it’s very clear something needs to be fixed then there are times when moving early makes sense. Sometimes residual swelling can distort the tissues and perceivably alter aesthetics in regard to how the secondary procedure should be performed. In your case the final outcome may be better if the sliding genioplasty is revised and brought back partially rather than all the way.I realize you’re not happy with your results and you’re much prefer going back to the way things were and probably completely regret having the procedure. May be a more subtle result is the better option then the slightly over treated version you have now. I didn’t do the procedure but from your pictures it looks like you were given a little excess vertical height.
