I had otoplasty procedure done 2 years ago with traditional method, but it was undercorrected. Today I had done the same surgery again, to the same doctor. He told me that some stitches are loosened over time, and he sewed also new stitches now. 10 days after the first surgery, he let me go to the gym and lift very heavy if I have a headband on. Today he told me that I can go to the gym 7 days after the surgery now (with a headband), since this surgery was not as serious as the first one.
