Everything is normal in blood test. The crown area lost its density. it's not the native hair that fall out. i know it's normal to 50-100 hairs fall per day but this is a real agressive shedding.I am very confused about the situation. Answer: Aggressive shedding after 4 months of hair transplant As per the history and the pictures provided by you, it is not clear whether you had undergone any transplantation in the crown area or not. But, in general, sometimes the hair fall can aggravate on its own which may not be directly related to the surgery. So, you should not stop the medications and go in for PRP if required after consultation with your treating doctor.

Answer: Shedding after 4 months of Transplant Transplanted graft’s hair starts to shedding in the first week of surgery and may go on untill 4-6 th weeks after surgery. İt is not surprising to lost approx. %70-80 of all transplanted hair shafts in first month when you are washing, gently rubbing or touching the head. İt is shock loss and not permanent. Even your native hair may affected with that post traumatic transient hair loss…New hair at transplant and donor area starts to grow at 3-4 th month after surgery .I think hair transplant is not a causative effect on that shedding and you are suffered from genetic hair loss. Those shedding hair may be your native hair although you dont think so .

Answer: Shedding These hairs will sooner or later shed. They are never a problem for new hairs that start to grow. Usually, there is a lag time between the time the hairs shed (2-8 weeks) and the time the new hair grows (3-8 months). IF for any reason, there is an overlap between the two, pay no attention to it for when the new hair grows, the old hairs from the grafts that may persist beyond 8 weeks, will eventually shed
