When is it safe to use phentermine (a stimulant) after a hair transplant? Is there any chance of losing grafts or growth from it?

Your dentist recommended the antibiotic because you need it so follow his advice. I doubt that it will cause you any hair damage

People heal differently.  In general redness goes away in about a week or so.  If the redness is persisting it is best to contact your doctor.  It may all be normal but it is best to see your doctor in person so you can have an examination for a possible treatment.

The use of this medication will not impact the hair transplant. At this stage everything should be well healed and stable
