When is it safe to use phentermine (a stimulant) after a hair transplant? Is there any chance of losing grafts or growth from it?

If a doctor gave you an antibiotic it is likely because you have an infection and you need to take it to treat your infection.  If you have a concern about your surgery, it is best discussed between you and your doctor.  Antibiotic do not harm grafts.

People heal differently.  In general redness goes away in about a week or so.  If the redness is persisting it is best to contact your doctor.  It may all be normal but it is best to see your doctor in person so you can have an examination for a possible treatment.

It is best to contact your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. You are likely not washing/ cleaning your scalp as well enough.

Anti inflammatory medications should not affect your hair transplant results.  If you are concerned it is best to consult with your doctor.

Sidreddy3434, Theoretically correct, trico-pigmentation does extend the potential donor by allowing more to be transplanted to where it is needed. As long as the style of short shaved look is desired then it should work, because of course it will not grow! Sincerely, Bernardino A. Arocha, MD
