Hi MsGarbanzo,Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. Exilis is a great device which can be used to treat fat, loose skin and cellulite. There are other options available though, and without a hands on assessment it is difficult to recommend what the best approach would be. If you are looking for circumferential reduction around your legs, Vanquish or Coolsculpting could be good options. For tiny areas or bumps of fat, the exilis could be good but the ankle area could be challenging as the device that is placed on the skin is quite large and needs full contact with the skin. Cellulite is difficult to treat but can be improved with Exilis as well as other technologies. Really, the best approach for you is to find a clinic/physician with a large range of technologies that treat fat and cellulite so they could come up with the best treatment plan for you which will most likely consist of combination therapy. Thank you for your question and photos.  The latest technology by BTL is Exilis Ultra, which is a third generation device and offers radio frequency plus ultrasound waves to target areas of fat. In our practice, we follow Exilis Ultra with Cellutone which does an excellent job of helping to reduce areas of cellulite.  We retreat the area about 3 times with Cellutone after the original Exilis/Cellutone treatment and are seeing very nice results.
