The marks on your photo are related to minor burns caused by incomplete adherence of the energy delivery plate that is in contact with your skin during Exilis treatment . The plate is circular but not flat; the surface is curved like the exterior of a circle or sphere and certain amount of pressure is required to achieve a proper skin-plate contact. These are temporary and will resolve soon without a trace.
