Ive always had very chubby cheeks but in the last year or so Ive noticed they have started to weigh down my face much more. And instead of the widest angle of my face being my temples it's my lower third. I hate it and want to know what procedure(s) I can get done to correct it. I either want to remove some fat from the neck/jaw/cheeks especially the side cheeks and by my nasio labial folds/or lift the cheeks to give more of a v-cut shadow that frames the mouth and chin. Ive given example pics.
