What's my best option to fix tummy tuck results as my surgeon says I don't have any options?

38, 5'2 female, I had a mini tummy tuck two years ago. It really ruined my stomach, before i just had a sad belly button, after the procedure i was left with a crooked thick scar, and skin hanging in upper stomach as well skin wrinkled as pulled down around the belly button. What is my best option, morpheus8, bodytite or a floating tummy tuck. I really need help deciding on how to fix this as I'm so upset with the procedure. My surgeon say i don't have any options.
