I have a ridge where my groin meets my abdomen after tummy tuck 8 months ago. It was slightly noticeable early on but now much more. If I wear something form fitting you can see the ridge. Saw my PS to discuss lipo to smooth the transition, he feels it’s scar tissue, not fat. Says he’d be afraid to do lipo he’s worried of potential lumping/waves because I’m thinner. Also said he didn’t think a revision would be an option, feels the scar tissue would probably heal the same way. Any options?!
