It can cause bleeding which is unwanted. Clear all your medications with your surgeon prior to surgery. 

      I do not recommend fish oil around the time of surgery due to increased bleeding risk.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

I do not recommend fish oil around the time because patients usually bleed more.

Ask your doctor about the vitamins they recommend, Is good to take Iron, Folic Acid and another vitamins to improve your hemoglobin level.

 In general, it is contraindicated to ingest Fish Oils for at least 10 days prior to surgery. These products increase the risk of complications from excessive bleeding during and after surgery.
