Can Sculptra Butt Lift fix uneven butt after Cellfina and BBL? (photos)

A consultation and full clinical assessment is essential, nevertheless, looking at these photos I would advise to consult with your original plastic surgeon and see if he might suggest some corrective surgery. Also, if you want to have Sculptra treatment (which could be helpful) but you need to see an experienced plastic surgeon in Sculptra buttock treatment and you would require few sessions and a lot of Sculptra product to achieve the correction of the dents, rippling and the deflated areas.Mr Ayham Al-AyoubiPlastic and Laser Surgeon

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Sorry for you bad experiences. At this stage I would recommend 1 surgery revision of lipo 360/BBL redo to build up the buttock appearances. Then after 3 months try a combination of Sculptra to larger dentings followed by QWO injections for cellulite. Expect fees in the $10,000++ ranges.
