Can Sculptra Butt Lift fix uneven butt after Cellfina and BBL? (photos)

Question

I had cellfina done July 2021, to address cellulite on legs and butt and thighs. I had an unusual complication and it caused rippling and dents in buttocks. My cellulite specialist recommended I try Indiba on the buttocks to help with the rippling. I then went to get a bbl to try to correct dents and rippling a and deflated areas. The bbl only made the dents worst ( not sure fat was placed on right areas) I’m trying to even out bbl and fix the rippling and dents. Will sculptra work?

Thank you for your question and attached photos. Firstly I am sorry to hear about your bad experiences and poor results after Cellfina and BBl treatments. I can fully appreciate your concern. A consultation and full clinical assessment is essential, nevertheless, looking at these photos I would advise to consult with your original plastic surgeon and see if he might suggest some corrective surgery. Also, if you want to have Sculptra treatment (which could be helpful) but you need to see an experienced plastic surgeon in Sculptra buttock treatment and you would require few sessions and a lot of Sculptra product to achieve the correction of the dents, rippling and the deflated areas.Mr Ayham Al-AyoubiPlastic and Laser Surgeon

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Sorry for you bad experiences. At this stage I would recommend 1 surgery revision of lipo 360/BBL redo to build up the buttock appearances. Then after 3 months try a combination of Sculptra to larger dentings followed by QWO injections for cellulite. Expect fees in the $10,000++ ranges.
