Thank you for your question.At 10 weeks the implants should be starting to settle in to place and it appears the left one is doing so. The right side may be starting with a capsular contracture based on the pictures and the description of pain you are having. The only way to know for sure is to be evaluated in person by your surgeon.
While it is quite normal for each breast to heal/drop at it's own rate, the fact that you have increased pain and discomfort on the one side is troubling. I would suggest that you schedule an appointment with your surgeon so that he or she can examine you in person. Best of luck --

Hi and thank you for your question. Implants moving under the pectoralis muscle can occur after submuscular placement. Is the implant moving without you flexing/contracting your pectoralis? You are still very early in the recovery process, so I wouldn't worry too much...
