I had resurfx yesterday and regret it. It left laser track marks and blister on muyface/chest. Is this permanent? (Photo)

I am afraid of perm scaring from the laser track marks of the resurfx I had done yesterday. It is a prestigious dermatology clinic and the tech did several passes on sides of face and chest. I was told its good for the pock marks on chin and pigmentation. My neck and chest was fine but included it for the price. What can I do? I see tiny holes and my skin feels like leather. I also had a blister besides track marks.
