i need to know if a breast reduction with implants is permanent and if so why can it not be reversed. i know of a new implant that can be put in and can be filled to 1400. i would have that put in in front of the muscle not behind. would that work to get my double d back again. a p.s. took my double d away from me and so much tissue and fat. i have a 960 overfill in right now and am only a b. please let me know if you think a 1400 overfill will work. thankyou.
