Can I have a boob job with an SICD defibrilator?

Having a defibrillator in place does not always prohibit the placement of breast implants, but it will depend on the position of the device and the wires going into the chest cavity. Usually the wires are high enough to be unaffected by the breast implant. It would be wise to obtain the operative note to determine where the device is placed and how the wires were inserted. If I were to do your surgery, I would want to speak with your cardiac surgeon before doing anything.
