Remnants of chalazion still remain after 3 surgeries - is it possible to drain it further? (Photo)

yaymee
Two years ago, I suffered a massive stye on my eye that was drained and turned into a chalazion. In those 2 years, I have underwent 3 surgeries to drain it, 2 steroid shots, and have been on doxycycline for a month. I am currently taking minocycline for a few months (50mg). Although my last surgery went well and significantly reduced the size of the chalazion, part of it still remains. It is still tender to the touch, a bit red, and you can still see where my eyelid is raised a bit. I have been on the Minocycline for about 3 weeks as of now and don't see any improvements. Should I push for another procedure to drain it? Is there any hope to get rid of this thing? It seems that no provider wants to drain it due to the small size. I am sick of this thing and would like to have my eyelid back to normal after all these years. Thanks for advice.
