For treating hooded eyelids, I would suggest you check out "The Ten Minute Eyelift," which is a simple, in-office procedure in which, following local anesthesia, low intensity electrocautery is used to literally shrink the hooding, resulting in retraction of the hooding and greater exposure of the underlying normal eyelids. The procedure literally takes five minutes per side to perform, hence the name.  You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
