Buttock scarring. How can I treat these dents? (Photo)

Question

I have dents that were caused by injections when I was a child. I was sick with measles and hospitalized for almost a year and given tons of injections that left ridge like scarring to both buttons cheeks. How can I even slightly lift the dent?

Subcision + filler can be used to elevate and smooth indented scars from all causes in all skin types. I have personally been performing subcisions+/-filler since 1995. Through nearly three decades, it has maintained itself as an effective, safe and relatively inexpensive procedure, something that cannot be said for the numerous, expensive, "next big thing,"  here-today-gone tomorrow light and energy-based devices that are so heavily hawked out there in advertising and on social media. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience in performing subcisions. Best of luck.
