Will Alloclae fill out my uneven thighs from lipo?

Prior to lipo I only had stretch marks but after lipo I now have uneven skin and stretch marks. Will alloclae fill out uneven skin on back and sides of thighs?

Alloclae is another name sometimes used for Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid), which is an injectable biostimulator that gradually builds collagen and volume over several months.

Effectiveness for uneven skin after liposuction:
✅ Sculptra can help improve mild contour irregularities and dimpling by building volume and smoothing transitions.
✅ It can modestly improve skin texture and support some laxity by stimulating collagen.
✅ It will not directly tighten loose skin or eliminate stretch marks.

If your unevenness is due to deep tissue loss or contour depressions, Sculptra is often a reasonable option to “fill out” and blend these areas gradually over a series of sessions. However:

If there is significant skin laxity or wrinkling, other treatments like microneedling with radiofrequency, subcision, or fractional laser may be needed for best results.

If stretch marks are the main concern, Sculptra alone will not remove them, but collagen stimulation can make them slightly less noticeable over time.

Based on your series of post photos, I agree that use of the ALLOCLAE injections is a good option. The issue is the cost of the injection products it appears for my experience of using this new FDA approved injection. You would need a minimum of four syringes 25 cc each therefore fee would be $16,000. Best of virtual consult with for a better understanding.
