Hi,It is not common to see redness for longer than a week after a session of tattoo removal. I would suggest you check this up with the doctor. Also, some areas (from the pic) appear to have some scarring - so stretch your intervals between sessions, and also ask the tech / nurse to consider using a lower fluence. Best,
I see that PIH has started. This happens when redness persists. I would suggest a retin A or retinol and hydroquinone. No further tattoo removal lasers until this heals. Chemical peel might be helpful too. Prevention with steroids - topical/oral is easier than treating the PIH.
It is difficult to say without more history. It appears you are doing a partial removal? How many treatments have you had? In some people they can develop hyperpigmentation and this can be from the ink pigments, skin type and location. The feet have the poorest healing of the body. I would recommend patience, massage several times per day with a high quality medical barrier cream (Epionce) and see how it goes. Best wishes
