Hi K.  We use q-switched Lasers and corneal shields (to protect the eyes) to remove permanent eyeliner makeup.  The process can be a bit painful but works very well, usually in 1-3 visits.

Unfortunately, many so-called “temporary” cosmetic tattoos are so long-lasting they may as well be permanent. Maybe you’re one of the lucky ones and the ink will fade on its own over the next few months. That would be the easiest fix.
The PicoWay laser can remove the tattooed eyeliner, but it will take many sessions  — at least 5 to 8.  Also, the skin around the eyes is very thin and delicate, so the procedure could be quite uncomfortable.
