What is the best treatment for sagging horizontal neck lines? (photo)

What's the best way to tighten the sagging skin in the middle of the front of my neck? I am considering ultherapy but the technician I consulted advised me she won't go directly over my problem area because that's where the thyroid is... but that treating skin around/above it will help pull my problem area tighter. Thank you in advance for any advice!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

you likely need face/neck lift. but you can try threads, botox, pixel8 and/or fillers like dilute radiesse in the office.
 
if you want a dramatic change necklift/facelift, Implants and fillers will give you that on the neck and jawline contouring and tightening of the neck contour . noninvasive may  improve the area and slow down the aging process with  facetite or renuvion as an office procedure with liposuction or without downtime PDO or instalift threads, morpheus or pixel8 deep microneedling RF , and botox/dysport/xeomin to stop muscle movement of the platysma bands and fillers for jawline contouring and chin.  We also use diluated fillers or sculptra on the neck to improve collagen production like belotero and hyperdilute radiesse .
