Blepharoplasty or ultherapy? Which will be best for my droopy eyelids? (Photos)

I'm getting a rhinoplasty in November and decided against an eyelid surgery at the same time because they said it was too extreme for what I desire and to try ultherapy instead. I'm afraid that ultherapy won't achieve what I'm looking for. My eyelids are very droopy and I prefer how I look when they are pulled back (like when I wear my hair back very tight).

Thank you for your question and photos. If you are striving for a “cat eye” look, like what you demonstrate in your second photo, neither ultherapy nor blepharoplasty alone are going to give you the results you want. A brow lift and blepharoplasty may be a better option for you. However, I suggest scheduling a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon to determine the right combination of treatments for your desired look.

this needs a full consultation to go over expectations. if you are looking for the "pulling" you are showing in the picture then you need a brow lift plus lasers and/or upper bleph. AERIFY is great to use around the eyes weekly with dermarolling (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

IF you like the look when you elevate your brow, you should do a temporal brow lift.  This can be done at the same time as the nose.  Or you can do some Botox to the outer brow which will also elevate the lateral tail of the brow.

Thank you for your question. You have some loose skin on your upper eyelids. Normally this could be easily corrected with an upper Blephoraplasty (can also be done with local anaesthesia).
But the second picture shows clearly, that you want to achieve a cat-eye look (Canthoplasty). This must be done under general anaesthesia and takes around 1 hour only. We would definitely recommend doing it along with your Rhinoplasty surgery.
Another possibility is to do it with Infinity Threads. In that case the upper lose skin part would not be removed. Only the eye and eyebrow would be lifted. This holds usually around 5 years. This can also be done under local anaesthesia.

Thanks for your question! If you are looking for that dramatic of a change then perhaps a blepharoplasty and/or brow lift would be better for you. I would caution you not to do too much as you have a nice eye shape now. Good luck!
