At least from the photos provided, the scars resemble large stretch marks, and if indeed so, they can potentially be treated like them. One approach that I have found helpful is to use subcision to elevate and smooth any of the particularly indented portions of the scars. For the more crinkly, stretch marks-like portions, Profhilo or other HA skin boosters may be injected. Following the aforementioned, the surface, cigarette paper-like crinkles can be addressed with professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling). No doubt along the way in your search for treatments you will be hawked the use of various relatively expensive fraxel laser and RF "bells and whilstels" gizmos. When considering these, you would be wise to exercise a healthy dose of "buyer beware," since the hard science to support the use of these here-today-gone-tomorrow, supposedly "next big thing" devices lags well behind the marketing and social media hype that surrounds them. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar specialist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
