How can I treat this scar on mandible bone? (Photo)

I just recovered from chicken pox day 11. When i was sleeping i think i accidentally popped one of my blister on mandible bone. Now i left me with this scar although its still healing i think. But could you please suggest some best possible treatment for this.!
