How to improve irregular texture in scar? (Photo)

Hi I had a scar revision in 2016 Then I did everything possible starting from cream to microneedling to laser to Morpheus 8 nothing at all improved my scar ! When I go to plastic surgeon for scar revision the moment they know I had it once they refuse to do so , what else can I do?? When I look in mirror that’s only thing I notice it’s really depressing , people have a facelift and I can’t get rid of a single scar ! So unfortunate!
