Transgender (Tuberous Breast Augmentation) what are my options to enhance the look of my breasts? (Photos)

Hi, I’m a 22 & Transgender. I’m looking to have a Breast Augmentation this year as I've been on hormones for almost 6 years now and I’m just looking for advice on what my options are with my breasts. I’m definitely not looking for anything “Natural” I’m looking for more of an enhanced look but what would this mean for my tuberous breasts ? What options do I have? Would having an implant with a moderate profile or a higher profile be more appropriate for tuberous breasts ?
