i am born with clubbed feet, yes both, and i want my calves to get bigger or look normal at least. Is there anything that would help lile steroids or supplements. I can not afford implants.

Other than favorable genetics combined with rigorous consistent exercise, there is no other way to grow the calf muscles besides calf implants. The implants are made of soft semi-solid silicone rubber and placed surgically through a small incision in a crease behind the knee. All surgery comes with post-operative pain and recovery.  For calf implants, the first two weeks after surgery is the most difficult time because walking is painful. Recovery usually progresses at a smooth steady pace from there. Glad to help.

Steroids may help, but because of your condition is difficult to tell how much.You could consider medical tourism for more affordable costs without having to sacrifice quality.
