I'm losing hair at a rapid rate (diffuse hair losss) and rogaine only worsened my hair loss, and I don't see much good reviews of prp. I do want to use something but the potential side effects of fin. scare me a bit. I know they are rare. But what i wanted to know is , if i end up in that rare case and if the the erectile dysfunction side effect doesn't go away for quite a few months, is there any help I can get from a doctor to reverse these effects?

You can stop taking it and be evaluated by a urologist. It is likely however that you will have some hair loss by stopping the Propecia (finasteride). If you are not already using treatments I would consider minoxidil, PRP, or laser therapy.
