Hi I was just wondering whether I could regain the square face type I had as a child before my adolescent years where I suffered from long face syndrome. I had a very square jaw compared to most other children in my age group and everyone in my family has an attractive square jawline. Will doing a Lefort 1 impaction along with a genioplasty give me my old face back? Thanks
