If you truly have telogen effluvium, the shampoo and hairspray do not matter. The problem is deep down in the hair follicle growth centre. The things you indicated affect the surface of the hair and scalp and matter little.
The main active ingredients in shampoos with research supporting its use are ketoconazole and zinc prythione.
