I‘m a 30 year old demale and my hairline seems to be receding. wonder if this looks like FFA? (photos)

It is difficult to determine whether you have frontal fibrosing alopecia based upon your pictures. It appears that there is some hypopigmentation which is a Hallmark of the disease. Atrophy and enlarged blood vessels are also seen commonly. You need to visit a hair loss expert who will do a microscopic examination with a dermatoscope or folliscope. Early treatment is essential.

I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. There are great non-invasive options like prp/progesterone and/or hair transplantation. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

İt does not seem to  recede but ıf you suspect that, would better to have a dermatoscopic exam and ıf needed a skin biopsy with an hair surgeon and/or endocrinologist , to find out any reason for hair loss.

Be sure to see a dermatologist for an up close dermatoscopic examination. A knowledgeable physician can help sort this out.

If you had FFA, then the vellus hairs normally in the frontal leading edge of the hairline would be gone. I can't see enough to tell
