Can I put Rogaine on top of scalp that already has hair building fibers on it, such as Toppik?

I am a 21 year old female suffering from female pattern baldness. I just started using Rogaine and I am wondering if I already have hair building fibers on my scalp, such as Toppik or Sure Thik, can I just put the Rogaine on top of the fibers? Will the Rogaine be less effective? Will the Rogaine always have to be used on a clean scalp? I just feel like it will be too time consuming to wash my fair everyday then use the Rogaine.

You can breast feed while taking Rogaine but if you are concerned always speak with your doctor.  The drug references says : "Probably Safe"

Everyone responds to alcohol and medication differently.I don't know how you will respond, but historically you have to be on this for the rest of your life or the results will diminish. Therefore most people that are taking this will not quit drinking alcohol etc...

I am a Facial Plastic Surgeon and I have never heard of this.The product goes on the scalp/hair etc...Skin will age regardless. (Sun exposure/Smoking/Improper Skin Care)

If you have side effects from using a drug such as Rogaine, you need to see a doctor.  It may not be a candidate for using Rogaine.

You should have a diagnosis before considering a treatment.  Topical minoxidil (Rogaine) may help grow hair for some people.  It is best you see a doctor for an exam before starting treatment.
