I have had frequent nosebleeds since childhood, dryness and constant blockage on either side. My question is: Can a plastic surgeon diagnose my nasal condition(polyps, valve collapse, turbinates, deviated septum) during a consultation in his office or do I have to go to an ENT and then bring a letter with the result to the plastic surgeon?
