I hit my forehead a few years ago and I noticed a bony bump a few weeks later. I thought it was an osteoma (I was told by one surgeon) and that an endoscopic removal (incision at hairline) would work, but another surgeon told me that I needed forehead contouring. When I search forehead contouring, I get a lot of brow bone/trans procedures. My case is very different. Its not my brow bone and only one side of my forehead. Its noticeably protruding when viewed in most lighting and from my profile.
