The problem here is a rather common issue, particularly in men with stronger glabellar muscle action. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatolgist injector expert. The proper injection of Botox into the glabellar muscles should result in a marked improvement.
And, if you are also troubled by the residual "eleven lines" between the eyebrows, when at rest (I.e. "static wrinkles"), these can be further improved by the skillful use of a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler injected very superficially to elevate and smooth them.
