Can this be removed?

Located on the right suprackavicukar fossa. Only visable when arm is raised or shoulders are pushed back. Had ultrasound and CT done, nobody knows what it is, all scans say nothing is there. My doc thought it was a lipoma at first but now thinks it’s just assymetry?
