Hello, I am a 30 year-old female and I had a breast fat transfer with 360 Lipo about 3 1/2 years ago and I still have some old fibrosis and uneven skin texture and skin laxity from the procedure on my tummy. I am wondering if bodytite or quantum RF is better in my case to break down the old fibrosis and help lift and tighten the skin. I also have the same issue with my back and flanks. I did air sculpt to fix it, but dr Ayeni in Toronto Yorkville did NOT do a good job and did not really give me the results I was looking for so can anyone help here?

The photo of your stomach is telling two stories needing two treatments. Old fibrosis and uneven harvest from the first liposuction caused the rippling over your tummy. An RF probe will not melt these types of imperfections. BodyTite and Quantum RF will not break down this old scar tissue either. This will need mechanical release,

SAFE lipo or VASER to even the planes, and fat grafting to fill the divots and smooth the surface.

At your age and build (30, thin), this conversation truly should also discuss a mini tummy tuck versus a full tummy tuck.
