Uneven eyelids - what’s going on and what are my options? (photo)

In my late 20s and have always been self conscious about my uneven eyelids. One seems to have excess folds of skin while the other is droopy. Long time contact wearer. Lately I find myself wearing glasses more to hide the droop. Based on what you can see from pictures, what’s going on and what are my options?

Hi rhys03,Your eyes look great, but I see that there are some differences between right and left. The eyeshadow space on the left is a little larger than that on the right, and there is a small extra fold on the left.
The differences in eyeshadow space are due to slight brow asymmetry. The easiest way to compensate is just to remove a little skin on the right upper lid, to unmask the eyeshadow space more on that side.
On the left side, a very conservative excision could be performed, which would just address the secondary lid fold. 
This is straightforward office surgery. Good luck!
