Which procedures can realistically make eyes look larger and more lifted? (Photos)

Hi doctors, I’m looking for advice on what types of eye procedures might help me achieve a more open, lifted, and striking eye shape. For reference I really love eyes like Kendall Jenner, Cindy Kimberly, and Livia Nunez, especially the positive canthal tilt, upturned shape, and how much white shows at the outer corners, which makes their eyes look very open and awake. With my own eyes, I feel like the white parts are mostly covered by loose skin or droopiness, especially toward the outer corners, and the overall shape looks downturned and small. My eyelids feel droopy, my eyes are narrow and close together, and when I do eye makeup it actually makes them look smaller instead of bigger. I do think my brow position is already similar to Kendall’s, and I’d like to keep it that way. I don’t need a lot more lid space but I’m wondering if opening things up from the lower lids or creating a more upturned shape from the upper lids would make more sense.
