Filler migration, swelling, and granulomas can cause significant discomfort and cosmetic ramifications. Under-eye puffy pillows may be due to an improper choice of under-eye HA filler and/or too superficial placement of the filler. The problem of lymphatic obstruction (lymphedema) can occur soon or long after the filler treatment and can be quite difficult to treat and resistant to the use of hyaluronidase. I have had gratifying results using an algorithm of varying combinations, concentrations and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents in persona who have come to me for treatment of this very troubling problem. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

Likely your lymphatic drainage system has been compromised by the placement of the filler.
