Could lip lift/augmentation help? (Photo)

My upper lip is asymmetrical- the left side is longer than the right which causes it to appear slightly droopy. This wasn't very noticeable until I began getting filler. I love the volume from the filler and don't want to lose volume, but I can't stand the assymetry. Could a lip lift or augmentation potentially provide volume without exasperating the asymmetry. Or better yet, could it address the asymmetry altogether? photos are: pre-filler, w/ filler, and lifting the longer side

Permanent lip fillers are not a contra-indication for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
