Halo Laser skin problem at 3 months post (Photo)

"New bumps like pimples on chin and neck. At 70, I had halo on face and neck 3 months ago. My skin was good and I thought this would make it even better. There was some firming on my chin, but otherwise results were not remarkable. I keep getting what look like pimples just under my chin; bumpy. I assume the pores made by halo are clogging. The technician said the results will take time with no recommendations. Is there something to help treat the skin so the bumps stop comiing continuously
