I always combine lasers with microneedling/PRP for more robust outcomes. For skin tightening, I recommend a combination of Ultherapy with RF treatments and Sculptra for skin tightening. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Nonsurgical options give only mild improvement as compared to surgical lifting. Many people have issues determining if they have skin laxity or cellulite. Lifting the skin above the indentation of the dimple can help differentiate between skin laxity and a true cellulite dimple. If the dimple goes away, it is laxity and can be treated with Morpheus8, PiXel8, Venus Legacy, and other radiofrequency devices. If it is Cellulite, then QWO or Cellfina is likely the best course of treatment. It may need to be combined with radiofrequency treatments to treat the overall area, where there may be both cellulite and skin laxity. If there is a lot of skin laxity, a Thigh Lift procedure performed at the same time as a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction procedure (with ThermiRF, Renuvion, and InMode BodyTite) would give the most improvement. Other options for skin tightening would be a combination approach with Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone / ZWave. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a high-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer
A BBL will target the abnormal reds and browns of the skin and help preserve the overall quality of the skin. A Halo targets the collagen in the dermis and helps build more new collagen. This causes an improvement in the texture of the skin and some skin "tightening". However, I doubt a Halo...
Yes Halo is safe to do while you are lactating. There is some downtime related to Halo however this is in the area that is treated and will not affect your lactating.
Microneedle RF devices like Sylfirm, Morpheus, Genius etc can cause fat loss if the needles are placed into the fat. With more superficial treatments it should not cause fat loss. The Halo laser (we did some of the original studies for this) should not cause fat loss as it does not treat deep...
