15 months post op and experiencing swelling and tightness - do I need a revision? (Photos)

Im 46 years old. I had a deep plane facelift just mid and lower face. There was considerable swelling on the right hand side.. at 6 months i noticed that when i smiled my right eye was smaller than left and cheek rose up higher. Surgeon had stated more trauma.this side as where she had started and should settle.. I am now at 15 months i do have more swelling and tightness still thru cheek bone right side compared to left. Is this the tissue still healing at deep level and give it time? Is it scar tissue? Or has it been done to tight that side and i need revision surgery? Is there anything that can help it along. My face resting is perfect.. my eyes smiling prior were completely symmetrical this is really bothering me i do not want to be stuck like this. It was done by facial plastic surgeon.
