I am currently 34b but have no volume up top. my left BWD is 11 and my right is 10cm. I want to be no bigger then a nice full c with more volume up top and im stressing about how many cc to get. I am also worried they'll look too far apart because of my wide cleavage? with high profile make that look weird or suit my frame size well? Im stressed any help would be great!!

At 5’2 and 114 lbs with a BWD of 10–11 cm and minimal upper pole volume, you are actually a very good candidate for a preservation-based approach rather than a large traditional implant. Your main need is upper pole fullness and controlled projection, not width expansion, so going too large or too high profile could make the breasts look round but also wider and more separated, especially since you are already concerned about cleavage. For your frame and goals, a smaller, well-matched implant is ideal: with a minimally invasive approach like MIA, around 190 cc mini profile would likely give you a natural full C appearance, while with a Preserve technique, approximately 225 cc demi (moderate-low projection matched to your base width) would provide upper pole fill without over-widening the footprint. High profile is not necessary in your case and may look disproportionate on your petite frame. The key is controlled upper pole support rather than chasing cc numbers, and in your anatomy, moderate volume with proper positioning will achieve a soft, full C without looking too far apart or artificial.

A smaller implant with the right projection may improve upper pole fullness. More measurements would be needed to provide an implant size range, however your surgeon can recommend sizes during your consultation. Your cleavage will remain about the same as it is now.

Patients often think in terms of cup size when considering augmentation. Unfortunately, devices are sized in terms of milliliters (cc) of volume. This can lead to some confusion when sizing. Additionally, it is important to remember that cup size itself is not standardized with variations from one manufacturer to another. Unfortunately, as many women can attest their cup size in an industry leader such as VS is not necessarily transferable to another brand.
Another point which is often under appreciated is that of anatomy and starting point. Any implant will add volume to the volume which is already present. The implant is additive. A particular volume will not necessarily confer the same cup size to different patients (often times it will not even confer the same cup size to different breasts in the same individual...remember they are "sisters" not "twins"). 
A general rule of thumb is that 125cc can represent somewhere between 1/2 to a full cup size increase. Smaller volume differentials (25-50cc) are typically less consequential representing a volume change of less than a shot glass. However, I have found these numbers, at least anecdotally, to be of little help. Patients often present with notions/goals which do not correlate with these sorts of sterile volumetric assessments.
When sizing patients, there are a number of useful tools including:
-3D imaging (has the added benefit of offering a volumetric analysis of the pre-operative breast)
-Breast sizers (rice bags)
-Goal photos
I also recommend that patients commit to a particular look rather than a cup size. Once a patient settles on a look that pleases them the overall cup size increase becomes less relevant.
With regards to your specific question, you might consider a higher profile device given the narrower BWD measurements. This will allow your surgeon to deliver greater volume in a more limited space.

To avoid narrow-looking breasts, a moderate or moderate plus profile would be my choice.  To achieve a one-cup size augmentation, I would suggest a volume in the range of 200-225 ml. Regardless of the implant placement (subglandular/subfascial or submuscular) it may not completely address your wide cleavage; addition of fat grafts to upper pole and medial aspect of breasts (cleavage) may be considered. At size 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you want to go from a B to a C then you will need 100 cc implants. However, your biggest problem is the horizontal distance between your nipples. The vertical position is good but they are widely separated. You will need a circumareola approach to reposition the nipple-areola complex more medial at the time of implant placement.

Based off your photos - with limited angles and no physical exam - the recommendations are limited but as you stated on breast is slightly fuller than the other and higher than the other as seen with your mammary fold. You do wide spacing in between that lead up to the side of your pec muscle, one side has a little more fullness below the nipple and you do have more volume from nipple and below versus above as you stated. 
So the spacing in between your breast will always be there regardless of procedure. After implants though, in a bikini or bra, you have them much closer since there will be more volume to be pushed up and inward. Fat grafting to the inner breast can be done in adjunct with implants to help build a little more breast tissue in your cleavage area. But as far as the spacing goes, that is your anatomy and very hard to correct. 
Don't set yourself with any set number in terms of cc - be ok with a range, or whatever you discussed with the surgeon in terms of cup size (and a range of desired cup size as well). This allows the surgeon to adjust as needed intra-operatively to fit the needs you are also going for. And you might want to consider wider implants versus taller to give you more inner breast push and stretch from the implant to help achieve more cleavage and less spacing as well. (In other words, maybe not a high profile, maybe full or even lower to capture more width instead of height to also keep the cc down so you stay in the C cup range.) 
Make sure to discuss this with your surgeon a few times if needed, to ensure that you guys discuss the desires you are going for and if they are achievable or not. Fat grafting can help as a hybrid procedure to the implants to help decrease the distance in between. Hope this helps. Good luck.

You will get a nice result with high profile gel implants. Wide cleavage will be decreased somewhat and your breast will be fuller on top and towards center.

While difficult to guarantee cup size, I would estimate full C with 350-400cc range.

Hi there, thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. This is a super common question, as patient often times feel overwhelmed and scared about choosing the wrong implant size. The number often times does not matter too much, as a difference of 10-30cc does not make a huge difference in your cup size. Rather, a range of implants just work best for your body type and shape to achieve the results you're looking for. That being said, for you to go from a B to full C/small D cup, you'd be looking at around 225-250cc range. High profile would be aggressive; a Demi profile (Motiva) or Moderate-plus (Mentor) would be better.
