I'm 3 months post-op, is it normal for hair to come in unevenly?

I’m at about three months now. My grafts seem to be coming in thicker on the left side as opposed the right side. I hit my head about 7 days out. There was no bleeding, but I’m concerned I may have possibly dislodged some grafts, can you give me some perspective on what I could expect. Am I being paranoid too early ?

Usually for cases like this, in which we restoring the frontal forelock and hairline, at a minimum of 2500 FUE grafts would be required. Keep in mind that on average there are 2 hairs in a graft, so around 5000 hairs would be harvested and implanted.

Sometimes clinics get too aggressive with the zigzag patterns.  It is good to add some variance to the hairline, but it needs to be subtle variances. Crown cases are the most difficult to obtain good density, and it often takes a large amount of grafts. The answer to your question comes back to how much hair was in the grafted area before the transplant. If there was very little hair in your crown I doubt that the grafts in the photo are...
