I’m at about three months now. My grafts seem to be coming in thicker on the left side as opposed the right side. I hit my head about 7 days out. There was no bleeding, but I’m concerned I may have possibly dislodged some grafts, can you give me some perspective on what I could expect. Am I being paranoid too early ?

Your bald spot is a scar. Hair transplants will grow in a scar, although usually not a densely as natural hair on the first transplant. You may need 2 small transplants. Your best bet is to consult an ISHRS.org physician for advice.
You're a Class 3. To fill the temples, you need about 2,500 grafts. If your hair loss is still progressive, you're recommended to take Finasteride to prevent further hair loss.
