Two months after Liposuction and the result is uneven, is this permanent? (photos)

I had liposuction (Vaser) two months ago exactly. I was fairly lean so was looking for more of a contour. Initially happy with the result, but I have unevenness around my navel. I followed full procedure wearing the garment for three weeks full time, another three weeks at night. The uneven areas feel hard, so hoping it is just swelling. It was worse earlier on, and does seem a bit better in the morning.
