Question

Is vaser 4D liposuction in anyway reversable? The Results are upsetting and look unatural. I know it will never look totally normal again but is there a way the fake looking abs can be smoothed out?

Thank you for your question about a reversing VASER 4D Hi DEF abdominal wall liposuction.  If you do not like the fake abd look, I would suggest aggressive abdominal wall liposuction. This can either be done with traditional liposuction or with a VASER.   Either liposuction technique will remove residual fat deposits. Since you previously had VASER 4D Hi DEF abdominal wall six-pack liposuction, there will be some residual scar tissue,  especially along the semi lunaris and linea alba.  Since you realize that you will “never look totally normal again”, I believe your expectations are realistic (seriously!). Your next liposuction should remove a significant portion of the remaining abdominal fat. It will be difficult, if not impossible, to remove all the scar tissue caused by the VASER 4D Hi DEF liposuction.  However, since the "fake look" bothers you, I would seek to have it removed as much as possible with liposuction and "scar-suction".

I am sorry to read of your disappointment. Following your #vaser procedure, the final results are typically most noticeable 2-4 months later. It's best to wait 6 to 12 months depending on the reason for #revision. As with all #cosmetic surgery, results will be rewarding if expectations are realistic. If you are unsatisfied with your results at that point, it's best to contact your board-certified plastic surgeon and discuss your options for improvement. It's best that your plastic surgeon is highly-experienced with both Vaser liposuction and liposuction revisions. With any surgical #procedure and #revision, there are some risks of unhappy outcome or other complications which your surgeon should discuss with you during your consultation. Your surgeon can recommend the best solutions for you based on your current result.

Yes, you can have a revision liposuction to help smooth your results. I use VASER Hi Def with ThermiRF, and fat grafting to get the best results with fat removal, contouring, definition and body shaping. You can certainly revise the results with a combination of additional VASER liposculpting and fat grafting. Just how much can be done depends on your underlying anatomy which is best reviewed in person. This type of result is called the "Ninja Turtle look" and is usually a result of doing too much and not addressing the internal abdominal fat and abdominal wall contour.
