Vaser lipo or Brazilian butt lift? (Photo)

Question

I always struggled with my butt.When I was skinnier I had no butt and skinny legs with huge thigh gap.Now after gaining weight all my weight is on my hips,flanks and thighs,and my butt is saggy.I want to improve the shape,I am not looking for a big butt,I just want to lift it,I hate creases on the bottom.Or maybe small implants could lift the butt just a bit, I just don't want it to look big or fake.My goal is to have smaller hips and perkier butt.. any suggestions? My current weight is 125lb 5'6"

Hello itstimefornewme,Thanks for your great question with excellent photos. Personally, I think you look very nice already, but I see and understand what you don't like. Liposculture of your hips, flanks and outer thighs would give you a better hourglass and the appearance of a shapelier buttocks.  This alone may be sufficient in achieving what you're looking for. Careful fat transfer to your buttocks would add a rounder/fuller shape which would be "hot", but done without the intent of giving you a big butt.  Your physique doesn't warrant a big butt.I hope this helps. Yes, you can do both Vaser liposuction and Brazillian buttock lift. Vaser liposuction can be done with fat transfer procedure,
because the fat removed during vaser liposuction is usually of high quality and
can be easily reintroduced to other parts of the body. Since it is your own
fat, there are no concerns of rejection or complication seen with implants.
Common uses are for breast augmentation and Brazilian buttock lift.

you may need an implant to truly get the lift you want but if you have enough fat that can be harvested you can get improved contour and shape along with some lifting in the buttock using VASER fat grafting. I suggest you see an expert for a consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thanks for your question and photos.  Fat grafting to the buttocks should give you the lift and projection you are looking for.  In order to make an appreciable difference in your buttocks, you would a pretty good amount to be grafted, on the order of 500-1000 mL total, which means, you would need to have enough areas liposuctioned in order to get that amount out (not all the fat that is removed is adequate for grafting).  I would suggest liposuction to full abdomen, hips/waist (aka, "love handles") and possibly outer thigh.  That should yield enough fat to give you a BBL.  VASER is an excellent means of performing liposuction and the fat removed with VASER is great for fat grafting, so, I say, do both!

Thank you for your question and photos.As your goals are to balance your hips and have a better defined buttocks, a Vaser liposuction is a better option to address both of these . Vader on your abdomen, waist and outer thighs will emphasise your buttocks anyway. However, you can use aspirated fat to transfer to the upper poles of buttocks to sculpt it further and make them more round. Try not to remove fat from thighs immediately under the buttocks crease as that layer supports the weight of buttocks. Combining Vaser liposuction, fat transfer and Spring body lifting threads (for buttocks) can help you to achieve your goals. You will obviously need to keep you gluteal muscles toned up. Implants will make your bottom more saggy.
